How to Record Sound from Microphone

1. Make sure your microphone is connected to the computer properly and is working.

2. Download and install Audio Record Edit Toolbox. Launch it with the desktop icon.

3. Click the record button. Choose the sample rate and channel.

4. Choose "Mic Volume" in the "Line In" dropdown menu. You can also adjust some other parameters as needed in this window.

5. Click "Record" and now the program is recording sound imported from the mic.

6. Click "Keep" to finish recording.

7. Click "Save File As" to specify the output name, format and folder to save the recording.
